CACTUS PLANT Care Guide

Indoor cacti require bright light to part sun exposure and should be kept in a warmer location away from open doors and windows during colder months. Avoid intense, direct sunlight until your plant has acclimatized to its new environment.

Cacti are very easy to care for, and as they are drought tolerant, they can survive for several weeks at a time without water.

Although all of our planters contain rock for drainage, water only when soil is dry to the touch and provide enough water to make the soil wet, but not soggy.  If you are unsure, play it safe and wait a week more before watering. Less is best!

Water approximately every 2 weeks during the warmer months, every 3-4 weeks during the cooler months.

Always water the soil directly.  Avoid getting water on the plant, as water can sit in on the skin of the plant and potentially rot it.
