SNAKE PLANTS
 

Snake plants (Sansevieria Trifasciata) are beautiful and sturdy indoor plants that add great height to a planter.  Snake plants are easy to grow and very hard to kill.  They are the perfect plant for new gardeners or those who tend to have "black thumbs". 
Pruning is not required as they grow very slowly.  A great low maintenance plant. Snake plants are a natural air purifier that convert CO2 into oxygen at night, improving the air quality around you helping you to sleep more soundly.  They add an architectural element to any room and come in a variety of sizes and colour options. 

Care: Grows best in bright light, but will tolerate any light level. 
Soil (right to the roots), needs to completely dry out between waterings.  Fertilize occasionally.
